2YOs Ready To Run

Trelawney Stud are making a return to the New Zealand Bloodstock Ready To Run Sale and will offer four lots for sale this week.

The Cambridge-based farm are quick to get proceedings underway with Lot 1 heading their consignment. He is the first foal out of Listed Welcome Stakes winner Jacquetta, and from the first crop of dual Group One winner Kermadec.

Lot 4 is a colt by Ocean Park out of Listed Bonecrusher Stakes winner Jungle Juice. The progeny of Ocean Park are running red hot at the moment with the Trelawney Stud bred and sold stallion breaking through for his first Group One winner last month with Kolding in the Epsom Handicap.

Jungle Juice is a half-sister to 2011 Karaka Million 2YO winner Choice Treasure and is also from the family of stakes winners Seeker's Gold, Thunder Dome, Dokofukukaze etc 

Lot 207 is a colt by proven sire Showcasing out of well-related mare The Iffraaj Dame, a daughter of Group One winner La Bella Dama, This is an active family and The Iffraaj Dame has produced three winners including Ocean Knight and Hello Gorgeous. 

The sole filly on offer in the Trelawney Stud draft will go through the ring as lot 365. By champion sire Savabeel out of Shamardal Enide, this filly clocked a speedy breeze-up time of 10.66.

This filly hails from a family full of European stakes winners including Group One winner Empoli, Group Three winners Punta Stella and Ebeltoft, and Listed winner Emporio.
